  1. Friday, 15th October 2010 TRASSK’S ARTS & CULTURAL FESTIVAL – ‘KALOLSAVAM 2010’ - TRASSK will be conducting Arts and Cultural Competition for its members on Friday, October 15, 2010 at Indian Community School in Khaitan.

  2. Sunday 15th August 2010 TRASSK celebrated the 64th Indian Independence Day in a colorful atmosphere at United Indian School auditorium, Abbassiya, on Sunday 15th August 2010. TRASSK members along with their families and children participated in the celebration which turned out to be an attractive and memorable experience.

    Event started with the rendering of the national song, Vande Matarm, followed by General Secretary Mr. Mohammed Rafi welcoming the audience.

    TRASSK President Mr. Sunny Kavalakat addressed the members. During his speech, he remembered India’s freedom fighters, patriots and many generations of our countrymen, who waged a powerful and selfless struggle for independence. He reminded the members, that we should re-dedicate ourselves to build a modern and powerful India. He stated these kinds of functions are helpful to encourage patriotism and brotherhood among Indians. Felicitation was presented by Vanitha vedi General Secretary Mrs. Kripa Sujith.

    The event included singing of various patriotic songs by TRASSK members along with a Quiz for children and members on the history of Indian Independence struggle. Thereafter prizes were distributed the Quiz winners. Treasurer Mr. Jelson Akkara proposed vote of thanks. The celebration concluded with a heartfelt rendering of the National Anthem by all members.

    Friday 23rd July 2010 TRASSK conducted the inauguration ofthe newly formed Cricket team with a friendly match on 23rd Friday July 2010 4pm at the Abbasiya cricket ground as a part of its sports activities for members and the community. The program was indeed a great success with a large turn out of members on Friday evening came daring the summer heat to participate in the inaugural function and to witness the friendly match.

    The Sports Joint Convener Mr. Joju KM welcomed the guests and the participants. The TRASSK Treasurer Mr. Jelson Akkara addressed the gathering and formally announced the inauguration of the cricket team. The Joint Secretary & sports coordinator Mr. Benoy Erinjeri spoke on the occasion & explained the sports activities planned for the year 2010-11.

    He also expressed his appreciation to the members for their presence and thanked them for their active involvement and support.

  3. Monday 26th July 2010 Regret to inform you all the sad demise of our TRASSK - Salmiya Area Member Mr. Ajithkumar, on 26th July 2010 in Mubarak Hospital, Kuwait. On behalf of Thrissur Association of Kuwait, we express our heartfelt condolences. We also pray to Almighty God to give courage and strength to the bereaved family to withstand the great loss. We offer our prayers for the departed soul to remain in eternal peace.

  4. Friday 16th July 2010 TRASSK, is conducting an Eye Test Camp on 16th July 2010 from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM at United Indian School, Abbassiya for its Members only.

  7. 20/04/2008 : 06:30 PM : TRASSK Ladies Wing Launches KALIKKALAM The Ladies Wing of Thrissur Association of Kuwait (TRASSK) launching its first children's club "KALIKKALAM" on Sunday, the 20th of April, 2008 at the Senior Indian Community School, Salmiya. The famous cartoonist Mr. Toms (creator of Boban & Molly cartoon) and Kairali TV Program Director, Mr. Kollam Pappachan will be inaugurating the "Kalikkalam".  The chief guests will be providing workshop for kids on drawing.
